HOW WE GIVE BACK
Giving back is part of who we are. From mission trips abroad to maintaining fields in our own backyard, our team believes that the work doesn't stop when the job site closes. Take a look at some of the ways we've invested in our communities over the years.
INTERNATIONAL
In 2013, Fran and his eldest daughter traveled to Kenya for a two-week mission trip organized through Africa Mission Services. The team put roofing on a medical clinic, built an elementary boys' dormitory, and constructed a bathhouse. A meaningful two weeks of work that made a lasting difference.

Two years later, Fran brought his eldest son and youngest daughter on a ten-day trip to Peru through the People of Peru Project. The team restored a girls' dormitory, installed drainage, put up a privacy fence, and handled basic carpentry and painting throughout the site.

LOCAL
For several years, we were proud sponsors of Oakmont Youth Football and Cheer in the Central Mass AYF league. Supporting youth athletics in our community is something we're happy to put our name behind.

In 2016, our team donated time and equipment to upgrade Hubbardston's baseball diamond. Maintaining quality fields for local youth programs is the kind of community investment we're glad to make, and Hubbardston's program is one we're proud to have supported.

In 2018, we upgraded the driveway and parking areas at South Lancaster Academy as part of their Building for Eternity Campaign. SLA has held a special place in Fran's heart for a long time. His wife and all four of his children graduated from the academy, and his father-in-law played a significant role in shaping the school's development, so this one was personal.
