Our History

ALLAIN SITEWORK, INC. is a privately owned and operated excavation and site work company established in 2010. Owner Francis Allain has over 35 years of experience in the excavation and concrete industry, working with project teams to help facilitate the successful implementation of their projects. Our team of employees work diligently to satisfy our customers.

Our Equipment

ALLAIN SITEWORK, INC. employs the right sized equipment to suit the project’s needs. By selecting from our growing fleet of 330 Excavators, mini excavators, backhoes, skid-steers and implements, dozers, a tri-axle dump truck, compactors, finishing machines and many other tools, we are able to provide our customers with the best value and most efficient method of installation for their project.

Our Team

Our team of experienced employees and subcontractors are dedicated to providing quality service in an efficient manner at a reasonable price. We pride ourselves on employee retention while creating a fun, and productive, work environment. Due to our high retention rate, our team is more productive overall. There is typically a light-hearted atmosphere when our team is working, thus creating an environment where the client enjoys working and interacting with us. Our team has worked together for years creating an easy, flowing work pace. ALLAIN SITEWORK, INC. puts our clients first and continuously strives to complete our projects on time and on budget.

Our Commitment to Our Community

Giving back to our community and those less fortunate is important to ALLAIN SITEWORK, INC. As such, Fran Allain has participated in mission project trips to Kenya and Peru. Kenya’s projects, organized in partnership with Africa Mission Services, included repairing a roof on a medical clinic, building a boys’ dormitory and bathhouse. Peru’s projects included installing drainage and building a security fence.

On a more local level, ALLAIN SITEWORK, INC. has sponsored Oakmont Youth Football and Cheer for several years. ALLAIN SITEWORK, INC. has donated time to maintaining and bettering the Hubbardston baseball fields as well. Most recently, ALLAIN SITEWORK, INC. has updated South Lancaster Academy’s driveway, parking areas, and soccer field. You can learn more about these projects on our home page.
