As a full-service site contractor, we provide all your site work needs, from land clearing, excavation, footings, and foundations, to septic, drainage, flatwork, paving, sewer, and water.

ALLAIN SITEWORK, INC. is more than just a sitework company – we’re a team, and any good team specializes in their industry. We work hard on every project and bring our specialty experience into every aspect of the project. We also enjoy giving back to our local and international communities and encourage our employees to do the same.
Kenya Mission Trip
In March 2013, Fran Allain and his eldest daughter participated in a two week mission trip to Kenya. The project included putting roofing on a medical clinic, building an elementary boys’ dormitory (pictured above), and a bathhouse. Peru Mission Trip
In March 2015, Fran Allain, his eldest son, and youngest daughter participated in a ten day mission trip to Peru through the People of Peru Project. The project included restoring a girls’ dorm, drainage on site, installation of a privacy fence, basic carpentry, and painting.

Hubbardston Youth Baseball
ALLAIN SITEWORK, INC. upgraded Hubbardston’s baseball diamond in 2016.
Oakmont Youth Football and Cheer
ALLAIN SITEWORK, INC. sponsored the Oakmont Youth Football and Cheer in Central Mass AYF for several years.
South Lancaster Academy
ALLAIN SITEWORK, INC. upgraded South Lancaster Academy’s driveway and parking areas in 2018 to help with the Building for Eternity Campaign. South Lancaster Academy has held a special place in Fran’s heart for years, as not only his wife, and his four children graduated from S.L.A., but his father-in-law had a major impact on the development of the academy as well.
