Owner Francis Allain brings over 35 years of experience in excavation and concrete, partnering with project teams to help drive successful outcomes from the ground up. FOUNDER
Francis has spent over 35 years in the excavation and concrete industry, building a reputation for hands-on leadership and getting the job done right. He founded Allain Sitework in 2010 with a simple goal: run an honest company that does quality work. He's still on the ground with his team every day.

CPA
Rita keeps the business running behind the scenes, overseeing the financial operations that allow the team in the field to focus on what they do best. Her steady hand and attention to detail have been a cornerstone of Allain Sitework since day one. The crew may build the sites, but Rita makes sure everything else stands solid.

PROJECT MANAGER
Jared grew up around the business and brought that foundation with him into a full-time role on the team. As Project Manager, he works closely with clients and crew to keep jobs on schedule and on budget, carrying the family's commitment to quality into the next generation of the company.

We employ the right sized equipment for every job, selecting from a growing fleet of over 30 machines — excavators, mini excavators, backhoes, skid-steers, dozers, a tri-axle dump truck, compactors, finishing machines, and more. That flexibility means our clients always get the most efficient and cost-effective approach for their specific project.

Giving back matters to us. Francis Allain has traveled on mission trips to Kenya and Peru, working alongside Africa Mission Services to repair a medical clinic roof, build a boys' dormitory and bathhouse, install drainage, and construct a security fence.
Closer to home, we have sponsored Oakmont Youth Football and Cheer for several years, donated time to maintaining the Hubbardston baseball fields, and most recently updated the driveway, parking areas, and soccer field at South Lancaster Academy. We believe in the communities we work in, and we try to show it.
