LANCASTER

Bestway of New England

THE PROJECT

Bestway of New England's Lancaster facility required a new General Steel building, and our team handled the full concrete and structural scope from the ground up. Every element of the foundation had to be formed, poured, and set with precision before the steel structure could go up — a process that demands accuracy at every stage.

With 520 linear feet of perimeter to form, 26 footings and piers to pour, and 104 anchor bolt assemblies to place and set, there was no room for error. Our crew took it from raw grade to a finished, standing building.

  • Site grading

  • Perimeter forming (520 linear feet)

  • 26 footings and piers formed and poured

  • 104 anchor bolt settings placed and set

  • Concrete slabs with trowel finish

  • General Steel building erection

  • 2" vapor barrier installation

THE RESULT

A fully built General Steel building on a precision-formed foundation — every footing poured, every anchor bolt set, and every slab finished to a smooth trowel finish. Steel construction leaves no margin for error in the concrete work beneath it, and our team delivered exactly that.

Bestway of New England walked into a completed, operational facility ready to get to work.
